Italian potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 7 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp of sea salt
  • 4 generous tbsp of rosemary
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together together in a large bowl.
  3. Allow the potatoes to marinate in the herbs and onion for 20 minutes.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are brown and crusty on the outside.

Serves: 5 persons

 

 

 

Easy Oven Bake French Fries  

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Powder 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into ½ inch sticks and place in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
  5. Toss the potatoes to ensure an even coat of butter.
  6. Spread potato sticks on a foil lined cookie sheet and spray with Pam.
  7. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  8. Bake at 475 degrees for 30 minutes until browned.
