Cheesy Mushroom & Broccoli Turkey

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar Cheese Dip – American flavor
  • 1 lb cooked turkey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using only 3 Tbsp. margarine.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in 2-qt. baking dish; top with stuffing.
  5. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.

 

 

Roasted Turkey Legs

Deep Dish Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless turkey breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel Cheese cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 refrigerated piecrust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook turkey in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min.
  3. Add Neufchatel cheese; cook and stir until melted.
  4. Add flour; mix well. Add broth and vegetables; simmer 5 min.
  5. Pour mixture into deep dish 10-inch pie plate. Arrange pie crust over filling; flute edges.
  6. Cut four slits in crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake 30 min. or until crust is golden brown.
