White Chocolate and Walnut Tofu Cake
Ingredients:
- 9 oz of tofu, firm
- 3 1/2 oz. of cream cheese, light
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 5 tbsp of ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of walnuts, toasted, crushed and chopped
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 1/2 egg whites
- 4 tbsp of Nestle white chocolate powder
- 2 tbsp of semisweet white chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix them well.
- Pour the mixed ingredients into a greased cake dish and place the cake dish in a 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.
Double Chocolate Tofu Dream Cake
Ingredients:
- 9 oz of tofu, firm
- 3 1/2 oz. of cream cheese, light
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 5 tbsp of ricotta cheese

- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 1/2 egg whites
- 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix them well.
- Pour the mixed ingredients into a greased cake dish and place the cake dish in a 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.
Tofu Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup of flour
- 13 oz of tofu, firm
- 2 tsp of canola oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine them in a baker’s blender.
- Blend them on high for 5 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake the brownies in a 340-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
