White Chocolate and Walnut Tofu Cake

Ingredients:

  • 9 oz of tofu, firm
  • 3 1/2 oz. of cream cheese, light
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp of ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of walnuts, toasted, crushed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 2 1/2 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp of Nestle white chocolate powder
  • 2 tbsp of semisweet white chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix them well.
  3. Pour the mixed ingredients into a greased cake dish and place the cake dish in a 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.

 

 

 

Double Chocolate Tofu Dream Cake

Ingredients: 

  • 9 oz of tofu, firm
  • 3 1/2 oz. of cream cheese, light
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 2 1/2 egg whites

  • 2 tbsp of semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix them well.
  3. Pour the mixed ingredients into a greased cake dish and place the cake dish in a 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.

 

 

 

Tofu Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup of flour
  • 13 oz of tofu, firm
  • 2 tsp of canola oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
  2. Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine them in a baker’s blender.
  3. Blend them on high for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake the brownies in a 340-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
