Tropical Glazed Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 pound of tofu, cubed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bring the pineapple and orange juice to a simmer and stir in the sugar.
- Stir until it has dissolved and bring the juices to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer until they thicken.
- Pour the syrup over top the tofu in a baking dish.
- Bake the tofu in a 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Peach Tofu
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of butter, melted
- 1 lb of tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish.
- Bake them in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Citrus Glazed Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 (13oz) pack of tofu, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 4 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- rice
Directions:
- Coat the tofu in the flour and sauté it in the olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour them over top the tofu.
- Simmer until the tofu is gooey.
- Serve next to rice.
