Ricotta Cheese Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of soft tofu
  • 1 jar of orange marmalade
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream together the ricotta, tofu and sugar.
  3. Unroll the puff pastry.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture over top.
  5. Spread the marmalade over top the ricotta.
  6. Roll up the puff pastry into a log shape and slice it into pinwheels.
  7. Sprinkle them with sugar and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake them in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Tofu Marmalade

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon or lime or orange, halved with the seeds removed
  • 1 cups of water
  • 4 tbsp of raisins
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp of hot pepper flakes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 15 oz of tofu, mashed
  • rice
  • duck
  • chicken

Directions:

  1. Simmer all the ingredients in a skillet for 25 minutes.
  2. Serve hot next to white rice and duck or chicken.

 

 

 

Tofu Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of soft tofu
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp of vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend the ingredients in a baker’s blender until they become light and fluffy.
