Fish Cake Tofu
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, boiled
- 2 fillets of halibut, baked
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of flour
- olive oil
Directions:
- Mash the potato, halibut, garlic, onion, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the mixture into balls and batter them in the flour before browning them in the olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Crab Cake Tofu
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, boiled
- 2 cans of crab, drained
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1 tbsp of crab seasoning
- 1 tbsp of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of flour
- olive oil
Directions:
- Mash the potato, crab, garlic, paprika onion, crab seasoning, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the mixture into balls and batter them in the flour before browning them in the olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lox Tofu Bagel Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 4-5 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 tsp of capers
- 1 cup of tofu, soft
Directions:
- Add the ingredients to a blender and puree them together.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
