Fish Cake Tofu

 Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, boiled
  • 2 fillets of halibut, baked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mash the potato, halibut, garlic, onion, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and batter them in the flour before browning them in the olive oil.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

 

Crab Cake Tofu

 Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, boiled
  • 2 cans of crab, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of crab seasoning
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mash the potato, crab, garlic, paprika onion, crab seasoning, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and batter them in the flour before browning them in the olive oil.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

 

Lox Tofu Bagel Spread

 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 4-5 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp of capers
  • 1 cup of tofu, soft

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender and puree them together.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
