Tofu Avocado Dip


  • 1 avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup of tofu, soft
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of chives
  • 8 pieces of shrimp, boiled and peeled


  1. Whip together the yogurt, tofu and chives.
  2. Pour the dip into the wholes left by the pits, of the avocado.
  3. Place four shrimp into the dip of each avocado, like a shrimp cocktail.
  4. Serve with a small spoon.




Tofu Guacamole


  • 1 lb of tofu, soft
  • 5 ripe avocados
  • 2 cloves of garlic, boiled
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 large red tomatoes, chopped
  • salt


  1. Smash together all the ingredients using a fork or potato masher. Add salt to taste.




Sour Cream Tofu


  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp of lemon


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend them on high speed for 10 minutes.
