Peanut Butter Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of hazelnuts

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Banana Almond Peanut Butter Delight Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 shot of espresso coffee
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 10 skinless almonds

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Strawberry Cottage Cheese Bliss Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tbsp of cottage cheese
  • 10 frozen strawberries
  • 4 tbsp of vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp of honey

Directions:
