Orange Date Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:

  1. Combine dates and orange juice in blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.
  2. Add frozen yogurt; blend until combined.

 

 

 

Orange Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Instant non-fat dry milk
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender container.
  2. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Serve.

 

 

 

Banana Split Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 10 maraschinos cherries
  • 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:

  1. Place the first five Ingredients: in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add ice cream; cover and process until blended.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.
