Orange and Mint Breakfast Shakes


  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 4 tbsp of mint, chopped
  • 3 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of pistachios


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend them on a high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve cold.

Serves: 1-2 persons




Peach Breakfast Shake


  • 1 can lite peaches
  • 2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 packets sugar substitute


  1. Drain peaches and put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high.
  3. Serve cold.




Green Tea Shake


  • 1 cup green tea
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup 2 % milk


  1. Drain fruit cocktail and put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high.
  3. Serve cold.
