Big Breakfast Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp of citrus flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cups of orange juice
  • 4 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup of white grapefruit juice
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp of flax seed oil
  • 1 tsp of fish oil

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of peanut butter ripple frozen yogurt
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp of butterscotch yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Cranberry Blast Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp of plain protein powder
  • 1 cup of chopped pineapple
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
