Apple Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 4 tbsp of apple pie frozen yogurt
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Ginger Snap Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 7 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them on high speed until the shake is smooth.

 

 

 

Banana Pudding Whey Blast

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla whey powder
  • 1 box of Jell-O banana pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups of soy milk

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a blender on a low speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate the banana mixture for 10 minutes before eating.
