Apple Caramel Shake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping

Directions:

  1. Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

 

 

 

Apple Pie Shake

Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk), chilled
  • 1 cup applesauce, chilled
  • 1/2 cup apple juice OR apple cider, chilled
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • apple wedges, optional

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, applesauce, apple juice and apple pie spice.
  2. With blender running, gradually add ice, blending until smooth.
  3. Garnish with apple wedges if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.

 

 

 

Apple-a-Day Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice, concentrate
  • 1/2 apple, pared and cut

Directions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: in blender; cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
