Pear and Date Breakfast Shakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pear
  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of fruit juice
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend them on a high speed for 1-2 minutes.

Serves: 1-2 persons

 

 

ACE Fruit Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 10 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend them on a high speed for 1 minute.

Serves: 1-2 persons

 

 

Chocolate Cream Soda

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can Diet Soda – Cola, Root beer or Cream Soda
  • 1/8 cup Chocolate Sugar Free Syrup
  • Ice
  • Vanilla soy milk
  • Whip Cream

Directions:

  1. Place ice in 20 oz cup.
  2. Pour ½ can of diet soda with splash of soy milk and syrup.
  3. Fill to top of cup with diet soda and top with Whip Cream.
