Seafood Cous Cous


  • 3 small octopuses, cooked, cleaned and diced
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups of cous cous
  • 2 cups of salted boiling water


  1. In a pan heat oil and add the onion, oregano and tomatoes.
  2. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the octopus and cover.
  4. Simmer for another 5 minutes on a medium heat.
  5. Pour cous cous into a bowl.
  6. Add boiling water and the octopus and tomato mixture.
  7. Stir and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Serves: 4 persons




Seafood Medley Pasta


  • 20 small clams, closed
  • 3 prawns, raw
  • 1 octopus, cooked, cleaned and cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic, quartered
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Prepare a pot of salted boiling water.
  2. In a large pan, on medium heat, add oil and garlic.
  3. Simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add the clams prawns, octopus (optional) and parsley and tomatoes.
  5. Simmer until the clams open and the pawns are cooked.
  6. Drop the spaghetti in the boiling water.
  7. Boil for 9-11 minutes.
  8. Strain the spaghetti, place in a bowl and pour the seafood and juices over top.
  9. Toss and serve immediately.
