White Wine Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup of heavy cram
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1 plum, peeled and diced
Directions:
- Simmer the garlic in the olive oil and butter for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 9-12 minutes on low.
Vodka Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of vodka
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 4 tbsp of parsley, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Directions:
- Sautee the onion and garlic in the butter for 4 minutes.
- Slowly incorporate the remaining ingredients and simmer them over a medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add more flour for a thicker sauce.
Red Wine Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 4 tbsp of butter
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine the ingredients in a pan and stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens and browns.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
