Turkey Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of turkey drippings
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat all the ingredients in a pan.
  2. Stir them constantly until they begin to thicken into a sauce.

 

 

 

Bologna Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of ground beef
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of red wine

Directions:

  1. Sautee the vegetables and herbs in the olive for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the beef and stir in the ingredients.
  3. Add the wine and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until the beef is cook.
  5. Use this sauce for pasta.

 

 

 

Chicken Sauce

Ingredients:
