Swiss Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Swiss cheese, chopped
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt all the ingredients together.
  2. Make sure the cheese is a good quality and melts evenly into the other ingredients.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

 

Tomato Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mozzarella
  • 1 can of whole, peeled tomatoes
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Sautee the garlic in the olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sauce and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Simmer on medium-low for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add the mozzarella and stir well.
  5. Serve immediately over meatball subs or pasta.

 

 

 

Bleu Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 5 tbsp of whole chunk blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp of chives
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together and cook them over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the sauce over steaks or hamburgers.
