Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of strawberries
  • 5 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tsp of lemon
  • 1 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the strawberries aside.
  2. Combine the sugar, water, lemon, flour, and corn syrup.
  3. Mix well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the strawberries.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of blueberries
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the berries aside.
  2. Combine the sugar, water, flour, and corn syrup.
  3. Mix well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the blueberries.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Raspberry Sauce  

Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups of raspberries
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the berries aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the raspberries.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.
