Essential cookware

Scallop Sauce


  • 2 cups of scallops
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cream


  1. Simmer the scallops in the butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and bring them to a boil.
  3. Remove the sauce from the heat and run it through a blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients well.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return the sauce to the pot and keep it warm before serving.




Clam Sauce


  • 1 jar of chopped clams with clam juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of hot pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp of white wine


  1. Sautee the garlic in the olive oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer everything quickly over high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with pasta.




Fish Sauce


  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 2 lbs of fish
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of parsley
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Boil the fish in the water until they disintegrate.
  2. Remove the bones and undesirable parts from the soup.
  3. Wisk in the remaining ingredients and simmer the sauce on low for 15-20 minutes.
