Nectarine Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of ripe nectarines, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 6 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the nectarines aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix them well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the nectarines.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Plum Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of plums, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the plums aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix them well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the plums.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Pear Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe pears, peeled, cored and mashed
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of white grape juice
  • 1 tbsp of lemon
  • 3 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring them to a boil and reduce the heat.
  3. Stir constantly.
  4. Simmer the pear sauce on low for another 8-10 minutes.
