Essential cookware

Lobster Sauce


  • 1 lobster tail
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 cup of cream


  1. Boil the lobster and save 1/2 cup of the leftover water.
  2. Break the lobster meat into small pieces.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and bring them to a boil.
  4. Remove the sauce from the heat and run it through a blender.
  5. Blend the ingredients well.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Return the sauce to the pot and keep it warm before serving.




Salmon Sauce


  • 1 (7-8 oz) piece of baked or smoked salmon
  • 5 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp of dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of white wine


  1. Simmer all the ingredients together for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend them on high in a food processor.
  3. Pour the sauce over linguini.




Shrimp Sauce


  • 1 lb of shrimp, boiled, peeled and cleaned (save 1 cup of the shrimp water)
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream


  1. Puree all the ingredients and add them to a pan.
  2. Simmer them on medium high for 4 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and keep the sauce warm until ready to serve.
