Kiwi Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe kiwi, peeled and cored
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients well in a food processor.
  2. Add additional sugar if the sauce is bitter.
  3. Pour over top ice cream or in mixed drinks.

 

 

 

Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 3 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

  1. Heat the ingredients to a boil.
  2. Stir them well and reduce the heat, simmering them on low for five minutes.
  3. Serve with fish.

 

 

 

Peach Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 1/2 cup of cream

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and bring them to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer them on low for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir constantly.
