Honey Celery Seed Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of sun flower seeds
  • 1 cup of celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour them in a pan and simmer them on low for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add more honey for a sweeter sauce.
  4. Stir constantly while the sauce thickens.

 

 

 

Leek Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 leeks, boiled and cleaned
  • 1 potato, peeled and boiled
  • 1 onion, peeled and boiled
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and boiled
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil

Directions:

  1. Puree all the ingredients.
  2. Simmer them on low for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

 

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of fresh mixed herbs: Parsley and cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped

Directions:

  1. Beat the ingredients together using a wisk.
  2. Serve immediately or keep in a sealable jar for up to one week.
