Elderberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of elderberries
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the berries aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix them well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the berries.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

 

Teaberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of teaberries
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the berries aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix them well and bring them to a boil.

Boysenberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of boysenberries
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Set the berries aside.
  2. Combine the other ingredients.
  3. Mix them well and bring them to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the berries.
  5. Simmer on medium-low for 10-15 minutes.
