Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt all the ingredients together in a pan.
  2. Stir them constantly and keep warm for serving.
  3. Use with roasted vegetables or as a bread dip or a sandwich topper.

 

 

 

Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups of ketchup
  • 1 lemon, squeezed

Directions:

  1. Whip together the ingredients and refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve.

 

 

 

Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • (optional) 2 tbsp of honey

Directions:

  1. Whip the egg white until it is fluffy.
  2. Fold in the remaining ingredients and beat them until the mustard sauce is creamy.
