Second-day Chili Sauce


  • 4 cups of chili
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 3 tbsp of chives, chopped
  • 1/2 package of cream cheese


  1. Add all the ingredients to food processor and blend them well.




Chilies Relleno Sauce


  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of lemon


  1. Simmer all the ingredients together.
  2. Keep warm on the stove or in a crockpot for bread-dipping or summer pasta.




Bree Sauce


  • 1 cup of bree, cubed
  • 1 cup of yellow raisins
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt the ingredients together and keep the sauce warm on the stove.
  2. Serve warm with bread.
