Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 8 cups of water
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of butter

Directions:

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a pan over a boil.
  2. Stir them until the sugar is dissolve.
  3. Remove and cool the mixture.
  4. At the same moment, whip in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Whip them together until the sauce is smooth and thick.

 

 

 

Rich Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • cup of butter
  • can of evaporated milk
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

  1. Melt the ingredients together in a pan over a medium heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.
  3. Stir them mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.

 

 

 

Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 3/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan.
  2. Warm them over heat, mixing them together well and stirring the sugars until they are completely dissolved.
  3. Use the sauce for ice creams, cakes and some fruits.
