Remove it from the pan, set it aside. Add the pancetta to the pan and the remaining ingredients. Simmer until the tomatoes fall apart. Add the onions and simmer for another 2 minutes. Toss the sauce with Bucatini pasta.       Pesto Ingredients: 1/2 cup of Parmesan 2 bunches of basil 3 tbsp of pine nuts 1 anchovy 1/2 cup of olive oil salt and pepper Directions: Puree all the ingredients into a paste. Serve with spaghetti.       French Dressing Sauce Ingredients: 2 carrots, peeled and boiled onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped salt and pepper 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 tbsp of pine nuts 1 tbsp of lemon juice Directions: Puree all the ingredients and whip them together in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
