Chicken BLT Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
  • 1/2 cup CATALINA Dressing

Directions:

  1. TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
  3. SERVE immediately.

 

 

 

Shrimp & Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. frozen cooked large cleaned peeled shrimp (21-30 count)
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 6 cups Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

Directions:

  1. PLACE shrimp and peas in colander; rinse under hot water until thawed.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Place in large bowl; set aside.
  4. ARRANGE lettuce on 4 plates to resemble cups.
  5. ADD onions and dressing to shrimp mixture; toss lightly.
  6. Spoon into lettuce cups, add tomato.
