Rub the pizza shell with oil and garlic. Layer the pizza with spinach leaves and Gorgonzola. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle the pizza with salt and pepper. Place the pizza in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Serves: 1-2 persons       Mexican pizza Ingredients: 1 pizza shell 14 cup of corn 1/4 cup of green olives, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 cup of cheddar cheese 1tsp of hot pepper flakes 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp of coriander salt and pepper olive oil Directions: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Rub the pizza shell with olive oil and add the hot pepper flakes. Add the cheddar, olives, onion, coriander, tomato and corn. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
