Pizza al riso

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rice, cooked and set aside
  • 2 mozzarella balls, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 6 basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the rice with the egg and oil.
  3. Spread and pack the rice mixture onto a baking sheet in a circular shape.
  4. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  5. Add to the rice pie a layer of mozzarella.
  6. Add the slices of tomato and the oregano and basil leaves.
  7. Place the baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serves: 4 persons

 

 

 

Banana and rice golosi

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas, sliced open carefully and the fruit removed. Save the peel.
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked and set aside to cool
  • 1/4 cup of 1/2 coconut milk half cream
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the rise in a bowl with the banana fruit, milk, brown sugar and lemon.
  2. Stuff the banana peels with the rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle stuffed banana peels very lightly with salt.

Serves: 4 persons
