Double Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
  3. Spread crust with pizza sauce; top with cheese and pepperoni slices.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

 

 

 

BLT Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon, cut into quarters, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup torn romaine lettuce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread pizza crust with mayo; top with tomatoes, cheese and bacon.
  3. Place on un-greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Top with lettuce.
  6. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
