Ice Cream Pie 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice cream, any flavor, slightly softened
  • 2 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 2 regular size pkgs., any flavor, instant pudding

Directions:

  1. Beat milk and cream.
  2. Add pudding and beat slowly until well blended.
  3. Pour into baked crust “1/2 flaky pie crust recipe”.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.

 

 

 

Butterscotch Pudding Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 box each instant vanilla and butterscotch pudding mixes
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream
  • 9 oz. container whipped topping

Directions:

  1. In large bowl mix together pudding mixes, milk, ice cream, and cool whip.
  2. Pour into crusts.
  3. Refrigerate until servings.

 

 

 

Dirt Pie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup cold milk 
  • 1-4oz packageinstant chocolate pudding
  • 1-8oz containwhipped topping
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or both
  • 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust  

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl and add pudding mix.
  2. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 mins.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the cookies and candies.
  5. Spoon into pie crust and sprinkle with remaining cookies.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
