Easy Blueberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 container whipped topping
- “ready-made” pie crust or ½ flaky pie crust, baked
Directions:
- Combine 2 cups berries, 2 tbsp. water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup water, add to blueberry mixture.
- Return to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Allow to cool slightly
- Pour into pie crust
- Refrigerate 5 hours
Easy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1-16 oz container whipped topping
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- Chocolate or fudge syrup
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and whipped topping until well blended.
- Pour into the pre-made pie crust.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Oreo Pie
Ingredients:
- 1-8 oz package softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-8 oz package instant vanilla pudding
- 1-16 oz container whipped topping
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 20 oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- “ready-made” chocolate cookie crust
Directions:
- Combine cream cheese and sugar
- Beat pudding and milk until thick
- Add whipped topping and vanilla to pudding
- Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture, mixing well
- Line bottom of crust with cookie crumbs
- Add a layer of pudding
- Add a layer of crumbs
- Add a layer of pudding
- Top with crumbs
