Easy Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • “ready-made” pie crust or ½ flaky pie crust, baked

Directions:

  1. Combine 2 cups berries, 2 tbsp. water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup water, add to blueberry mixture.
  3. Return to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Allow to cool slightly
  5. Pour into pie crust
  6. Refrigerate 5 hours

 

 

 

Easy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1-16 oz container whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Chocolate or fudge syrup

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and whipped topping until well blended.
  2. Pour into the pre-made pie crust.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

 

 

 

Oreo Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1-8 oz package softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-8 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1-16 oz container whipped topping
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 20 oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • “ready-made” chocolate cookie crust

Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar
  2. Beat pudding and milk until thick
  3. Add whipped topping and vanilla to pudding
  4. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture, mixing well
  5. Line bottom of crust with cookie crumbs
  6. Add a layer of pudding
  7. Add a layer of crumbs
  8. Add a layer of pudding
  9. Top with crumbs
