Mushroom and Gorgonzola Pasta


  • 3 cups of mushrooms, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp of gorgonzola
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp of white wine
  • 1 package of spaghetti


  1. Sautee the mushroom with the oil for 6 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetable broth, gorgonzola and wine.
  3. Simmer everything for 6-8 minutes of a low heat.
  4. Boil and strain the pasta.
  5. Add the mushroom sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Serves: 4 persons




Bacon and Radicchio Pasta


  • 10 strips of bacon, diced
  • 1/2 head of radicchio, washed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp of gorgonzola
  • 4 tbsp of white wine
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package of spaghetti


  1. Sautee the bacon and onion with the oil for 5 minutes. Add the gorgonzola and white wine.
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the radicchio and simmer for 10-15 minutes on a low heat until the radicchio is mushy.
  4. Boil and strain the pasta.
  5. Add the Bacon radicchio sauce and mix well.

Serves: 4 persons
