Lemon and caper pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of spaghetti
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of capers, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil salted water for the pasta.
  2. Sautee the capers and lemon juice in the olive oil over a medium-low heat for 4-6 minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta for 9-11 minutes.
  4. Strain the pasta and toss it with the capers.
  5. Sautee mixture.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves: 4 persons

 

 

 

Spaghetti with yogurt sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of spaghetti
  • 5 large slices of baked ham, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 small white sugarless yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp of Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • salt and pepper
  • water

Directions:

  1. Boil salted water.
  2. Beat together the egg and yogurt.
  3. Boil the spaghetti for 9-11 minutes.
  4. Strain the pasta, place it in a large bowl and add all the remaining ingredients.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix well.

Serves: 4 persons
