Add cornstarch mixture to eggs. cottage cheese, strawberries, and heavy cream and mix well. Add small dollops of the pancake batter to a hot greased pan. Brown the pancakes on both sides.       Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes Ingredients:  1 cup of low-fat sour cream 1/2 cup of wheat flour 1/4 cup of buttermilk 3 eggs 1 cup of blueberries 1 tsp of baking soda 1 tsp of butter Directions: Mix together the wheat flour and baking soda. Add wheat flour mixture to the sour cream, buttermilk, eggs, blueberries, and butter and mix well. Add small dollops of the pancake batter to a hot greased pan. Brown the pancakes on both sides.
