Brown Sugar Shredded Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large shredded wheat biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together the wheat biscuits, flour, baking soda, and brown sugar.
  2. Add brown sugar mixture to the eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix well and allow the batter to stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Add small dollops of the pancake batter to a hot greased pan.
  5. Brown the pancakes on both sides.

 

 

 

Delicious Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together the buckwheat flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add buckwheat flour mixture to the eggs, and sour cream and mix well.
  3. Add small dollops of the pancake batter to a hot greased pan.
  4. Brown the pancakes on both sides.
