Delicious Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of soy milk
  • 1/3 cup of canned or freshly cooked pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp pf brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 15 slices of stale bread or croissants
  • 5 tbsp of butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for the bread and butter.
  2. Soak the pieces of stale bread in the wet mixture.
  3. Fry the soaked bread in the butter until both sides are browned.

**You can use fresh bread if desired.

 

 

 

Orange Zest French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 slices of stale bread or stale croissants
  • 5 tbsp of butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for the bread and butter.
  2. Soak the pieces of stale bread in the wet mixture.
  3. Fry the soaked bread in the butter until both sides are browned.

**You can use fresh bread if desired.
