Perfect Deviled Eggs


  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 minced sweet pickles
  • paprika (to taste)


  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, parsley flakes, yellow mustard, salt, sweet pickles and paprika.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon mixture into egg halves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
