Reduced fat Peanut butter pie

Ingredients

  • 3 (9 – in.) graham cracker crusts
  • 1 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • One ctn. (24 oz.) low-fat or fat-free whipped topping
  • Small container chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and softened cream cheese together.
  2. Add milk and whipped topping.
  3. Stir.
  4. Fill pie crusts with mixture.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over pies.
  6. Freeze until solid.
  7. Remove from freezer one half hour before serving to thaw.

 

 

 

Easy peppermint pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 (if large) peppermint candy sticks
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. plain gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. light whipped topping
  • Crushed Oreos

Directions:

  1. Break candy; add to milk in top of double boiler.
  2. When candy is dissolved, add gelatin that has been dissolved in a little cold water.
  3. Chill this mixture until it starts to set.
  4. Fold whipped topping into chilled mixture.
  5. Line pie plate with crushed cookie crumbs.
  6. Add peppermint filling and sprinkle more crumbs on top.
  7. Chill until serving time.
