Raquel's Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup Crisco
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. Cloves
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream Crisco and sugar.
  3. Add egg and molasses.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt, and add to egg mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1” balls and roll in sugar.
  6. Bake 2” apart on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

 

 

 

Pudding cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1 egg substitute
  • ¾ c. olive oil
  • ¼ c. brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned.
