Crockpot Cracked Wheat and Berry Breakfast


  • 1 tsp of all spice
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 3 cups of apple juice
  • 1 cup of wheat berries, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup of apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 tsp of ground clove



  1. Mix all the ingredients together, add them to a crockpot and simmer them on low over night.
  2. Serve in the morning in a bowl with half and half cream.




Breakfast Casserole


  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 6 pieces of bacon, chopped
  • 3 sausage links, sliced
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 onion, chopped and caramelized
  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper


  1. Beat all the ingredients together and pour them into a crockpot.
  2. Simmer the ingredients on low for 3 hours.




Crockpot Hash Browns


  • 1/4 cup of rosemary, fresh and chopped
  • 7 potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 5 tbsp of vegetable stock


  1. Simmer all the ingredients on med for 5-6 hours or until the potatoes turn golden and crunchy.
