Crockpot Cracked Wheat and Berry Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of all spice
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 3 cups of apple juice
- 1 cup of wheat berries, rinsed
- 1/2 cup of apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/4 tsp of ground clove
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together, add them to a crockpot and simmer them on low over night.
- Serve in the morning in a bowl with half and half cream.
Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 pieces of bacon, chopped
- 3 sausage links, sliced
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 onion, chopped and caramelized
- 1/4 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Beat all the ingredients together and pour them into a crockpot.
- Simmer the ingredients on low for 3 hours.
Crockpot Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of rosemary, fresh and chopped
- 7 potatoes, peeled and shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 5 tbsp of vegetable stock
Directions:
- Simmer all the ingredients on med for 5-6 hours or until the potatoes turn golden and crunchy.
