Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of a beef cut, cubed
  • 2 cups of mushrooms, washed and chopped
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 14 ox of sour cream

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients, except for the sour cream, to a crockpot.
  2. Simmer the ingredients on low for 12—14 hours.
  3. Add the sour cream just before serving the stroganoff over egg noodles.

 

 

 

Crockpot Roast Beef and Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs of boneless beef tip roast
  • 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of herb de Provance

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour them over the beef in a crockpot.
  2. Simmer on low for 7 hours.
  3. Use the drippings from the beef later to make the gravy, mixing 2 tbsp of flour into the drippings.

 

 

 

Crockpot Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 lb of ground veal
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 rib of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of V8 tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup of Ketchup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of hot pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Mash all the ingredients together well and add them to a olive oil greased crockpot.
  2. Simmer the meatloaf on low for 7 hours.
