Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of a beef cut, cubed
- 2 cups of mushrooms, washed and chopped
- 1 package of onion soup mix
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 14 ox of sour cream
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients, except for the sour cream, to a crockpot.
- Simmer the ingredients on low for 12—14 hours.
- Add the sour cream just before serving the stroganoff over egg noodles.
Crockpot Roast Beef and Gravy
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs of boneless beef tip roast
- 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of herb de Provance
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour them over the beef in a crockpot.
- Simmer on low for 7 hours.
- Use the drippings from the beef later to make the gravy, mixing 2 tbsp of flour into the drippings.
Crockpot Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 lb of ground veal
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 rib of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of V8 tomato juice
- 1/4 cup of Ketchup
- 2 1/2 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of hot pepper flakes
Directions:
- Mash all the ingredients together well and add them to a olive oil greased crockpot.
- Simmer the meatloaf on low for 7 hours.
