Crockpot Split Pea Soup


  • 2 1/2 cups of cubed
  • 1 1/3 cups of split peas, dried
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 5 cups of chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of celery, chopped
  • 1 cup of carrots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of Parsley


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 5 hours.




Crockpot Ham, Cabbage and Potato Soup


  • 4 cups of ham, cubed
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 liter of vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low all day.
  2. Serve with a scoop of Parmesan.




Crockpot Lentil and Ham Soup


  • 3 cups of ham, cubed
  • 1 cup of lentils, cooked
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups of onion, chopped
  • 12 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot an simmer them on low for 8—9 hours.
  2. Serve with croutons.
