Crockpot Spice Apples and Pork

Ingredients:

  • 4 fatty pork chops, cut into wedges
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp of ginger

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 12 hours.

 

 

 

Crockpot Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of pumpkin
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix

Directions:

  1. Whip all the ingredients together and pour them into a crockpot.
  2. Simmer the ingredients on low for 5-7 hours.

 

 

 

Crockpot Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup of dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 3/4 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Grease the crockpot with butter.
  2. Pour in all the ingredients into crockpot.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
