Crockpot Red Cabbage Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of red cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 10 pieces of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
Directions:
- Layer the ingredients in the bottom of a crockpot.
- Simmer them on low for 4-5 hours.
Crockpot Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of chicken, boneless and skinless, shredded
- 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 cup of picante sauce
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Layer the ingredients in a crockpot and simmer on low for 8 hours.
Crockpot Swiss Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of round steak, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 tbsp of flour
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of carrots, chopped
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and simmer on low for 9 hours.
