Crockpot Ranch Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 oz of ground beef
- 1 1/2 cans of butter beans, washed and strained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp of sage
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of poultry seasoning
- 2 cups of stewed tomatoes
Directions:
- Sautee the onion and garlic in the olive oil on high in a crockpot.
- After 10 minutes, add the beef and remaining ingredients, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6—7 hours.
Crockpot Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
- 5 cans of whole, peeled tomatoes
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tbsp of parsley
- 3 tbsp of tomatoes paste
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer for 8 hours on low.
Crockpot Carrot Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 yellow carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 turnip, peeled and chipped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 leek, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 10 cups of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
Directions:
- Simmer the garlic, onion and parsley in the olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 6-7 hours.
