Crockpot Ranch Soup


  • 6 oz of ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cans of butter beans, washed and strained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp of sage
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups of stewed tomatoes


  1. Sautee the onion and garlic in the olive oil on high in a crockpot.
  2. After 10 minutes, add the beef and remaining ingredients, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6—7 hours.




Crockpot Tomato Soup


  • 5 cans of whole, peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tbsp of parsley
  • 3 tbsp of tomatoes paste
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer for 8 hours on low.




Crockpot Carrot Soup


  • 6 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 yellow carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 turnip, peeled and chipped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 10 cups of vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Simmer the garlic, onion and parsley in the olive oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 6-7 hours.
