Crockpot Mango Marinated Pork


  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 3 cups of pineapple juice
  • 4 fatty pork chops, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of sugar


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 9-10 hours.




Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork Chops


  • 4 cuts of pork chop, tenderized and cubed
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable stock


  1. Simmer all the ingredients in a crockpot on low for 6-7 hours.




Cantonese Crockpot Pork Special


  • 2 1/2 lbs of pork cuts, cut in strips and browned in a skillet with oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar of preserved mushrooms, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp of vinegar
  • 1 can of tomato sauce


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 5 hours.
